In 2021, I worked with the UK Government's Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (then BEIS) to provide ministerial and SCS stakeholder engagement support in the Net Zero policy team. I chaired the cross-Whitehall Net Zero Taskforce, coordinating a consistent approach to communications and engagement for the launch of the UK Net Zero Strategy at COP26.
In 2022, I worked with Mobile Broadband Network (MBNL) providing interim services to support the Hardy OSS Transformation Programme in the Business Readiness team. I plugged a gap pending arrival of the permanent Change Communications Lead, working with internal and external stakeholders within MBNL, Three and EE BT.

In 2023, I was commissioned by the Police Digital Service (PDS) to conduct an independent communications capability review which led to the creation of a new Corporate Affairs function. With all recommendations approved by the senior leadership team, I was invited to manage the transformation and provide temporary leadership pending appointment of the new functional head.
