Hi, I'm Andrea, a strategic communications and corporate affairs leader with 30 years’ experience helping organisations navigate complexity, shape clear narratives, and build the partnerships needed to deliver meaningful impact.
My career spans public service, policing, central and local government, non‑profits, and high‑growth businesses, and today I work through a portfolio of roles that blend programme leadership, strategic counsel, and purpose‑driven communications.
I currently lead the Bucks Data Exchange (BDEx) Programme, strengthening the VCSE sector through data‑driven insight and collaboration across Buckinghamshire. Alongside this, I support organisations seeking clarity of purpose, stronger stakeholder engagement, and communications that connect strategy with delivery.
I’m motivated by work that strengthens communities, delivers social and environmental value, and helps organisations communicate with clarity, confidence, and integrity. My approach is collaborative, calm under pressure, and grounded in insight, always focused on enabling better decisions and better outcomes.

Increasing advocacy, influencing policymakers, and attracting talent, investors, and customers are all vital ingredients to business success and Corporate Affairs plays a key role. Ensuring join-up across the various disciplines is crucial to delivering impact. From writing compelling narrative to leading government relations and hosting events, a coordinated approach is needed to influence all stakeholders.

Getting strategies in place to ensure stakeholders are identified, understood, and included in the change process, be it incremental change, widespread reform, or wholesale transformation, is key. Timely stakeholder inclusion and well-planned communication is crucial to ensuring a smooth transition when delivering change. People are at the heart of change.

Customers, employees, investors, suppliers, regulators and communities are increasingly expecting to see sustainable practices across the organisations they engage with, and work for. Getting the right strategies and initiatives in place to have a positive impact on society, the environment, and the economy is no-longer a nice-to-have - its vital to value creation.

Whether plugging a temporary gap, delivering an ad-hoc project, or test running a new role profile whilst determining the longer-term requirement, using an interim can provide the perfect solution to a short-term problem.
