Enabling public, private, and non-profit organisations to deliver greater value and impact.
I'm Andrea, a specialist in strategic communications, corporate affairs, sustainability, and transformational change.
Passionate about helping purpose-driven organisations create greater value and impact, I’ve spent the past 30 years building and leading communications teams in complex organisations across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. My experience includes work with central government departments, law enforcement agencies, industry trade associations, and private-sector industries such as automotive, telecoms, media, and business consultancy. I have also founded and led two communications businesses.
Today, I'm delighted to be working for Buckinghamshire Council and advising Huddled Group Plc.

Getting strategies in place to ensure stakeholders are identified, understood, and included in the change process, be it incremental change, widespread reform, or wholesale transformation, is key. Timely stakeholder inclusion and well-planned communication is crucial to ensuring a smooth transition when delivering change. People are at the heart of change.
Customers, employees, investors, suppliers, regulators and communities are increasingly expecting to see sustainable practices across the organisations they engage with, and work for. Getting the right strategies and initiatives in place to have a positive impact on society, the environment, and the economy is no-longer a nice-to-have - its vital to value creation.
